06FAQ

Common Questions.

How much does demolition cost?+

Cost depends on size, materials, access, waste volume, utilities, asbestos risk and whether the structure is attached. Photos and postcode help us assess the next step.

Can you demolish a brick garage?+

Potentially, yes. Masonry garages need careful assessment because of structure, access, roof materials, waste and possible concrete base removal.

What if the roof might contain asbestos?+

We do not disturb suspected asbestos. If asbestos may be present, the job needs the correct survey or specialist route before removal.

Do you remove the concrete base or slab?+

This depends on the job. Add photos and mention the base in the description so we can assess whether it can be included.

Do you take the waste away?+

Waste removal can be included in the scope. Waste assumptions should be agreed before work starts.
