06FAQ

Common Questions.

What does site clearance include?+

It can include clearing loose materials, old fixtures, post-demolition waste, pre-builder waste and preparing the space for the next phase. The exact scope should be agreed before work starts.

Can you clear a site before builders arrive?+

Yes, for suitable jobs. Send photos, postcode, access details and the target date so we can assess the clearance needed.

Do you remove construction waste?+

Construction waste can be included where appropriate. Waste type, volume and access need to be assessed before quoting.

Can you quote from photos?+

For simple clearance jobs, photos may be enough for an initial assessment. Larger, mixed or restricted-access jobs may need a site visit.

What information should I include?+

Use the description field to include waste type, approximate volume, floor level, access/loading details, parking restrictions and target handover date.
